Let's eat Tai-yaki and Imagawa-yaki(pancake stuffed with sweetened red bean paste)

If you like Ann (sweetened red bean paste) and pancake or waffle, I recommend Imagawayaki (and Taiyaki). Especially freshly baked Imagawayaki is good taste.

You can eat it with one hand while walking on the street. Of course you can also take away.

We can buy Imagawayaki in various areas in Japan. But it is called different name from place to place. Ooban-yaki, Koban-yaki, Kaiten-yaki, Taiko-yaki, … a lot of names.

And there’s also good selection of fillings. White bean paste, custard cream, strawberry cream ….

You can buy Imagawayaki with Japanese green tea kneaded into the dough.

Deep frozen Imagawayaki is also sold at some areas in Japan.

All Imagawayaki are good taste but I like 御座候(Gozasourou).(URL:www.gozasoro.co.jp). 
Gozasourou's Imagawayaki
I recommend つぶあん(Tsubu-Ann). 

Tsubu-Ann is red bean paste with hull of beans.

・Taiyaki
Taiyaki
Taiyaki is similar taste to Imagawayaki. Taiyaki may be popular than Imagawayaki.

The shape of Taiyaki resembles to sea bream and it's cute. Common fillings are red bean paste, custard, chocolate, and cheese.

But there’s no fillings inside tail of Tai-yaki. I like Imagawayaki better.

It might be also good to try both Imagawayaki and Taiyaki.
