In the sales amount of Kaitenzushi (conveyer-belt sushi), the top 2 companies are Sushiro and Kurasushi.
I’ll introduce the difference of two major chain Kaitenzushi restaurants. I’ll also mention the origin of Kaitenzushi .
・What’s Kaitenzushi? The origin of Kaitenzushi.
It is said that Kaitenzushi restaurant is first introduced in Osaka, in1950s.
・Shari-cola
It’s different from Coke. Ingredients are malted rice, rice vinegar, and so on.
It tastes like a little sour Lactic acid beverage.
・Shari curry bread
It’s deep-fried bread stuffed curry paste. Curry paste also includes cooked rice. The bread has crunchy texture.
・Shari cola cream puff
A small amount of Amazake (a sweet drink made from fermented rice) is used for cream.
Of course you can eat sushi, noodle, dessert, period limited menu, a little high grade sushi, Japanese noodle, Bowl (a bowl of boiled rice with ingredients on top).
Bikkurapon (Gashapon capsules,Capsule toys)
1. After finish, insert your dishes here.
2. Once in five dishes you can try lottery automatically.
3. If you are lucky, you can get original Capsule toy from this machine. (Machine is above each table.)
Summary:
Simplily if you like to eat sushi, I recommend Sushiro. If you go with children who like toys, and if you are interested in the unique food, I recommend Kurasushi.

7. The dish put on colored small bowls were ordered by someone. You can’t take it.
8. This is your color. Please remember your color and this Kanji (=Chinese character).

Over your table:
9. Cups for Japanese tea and spoons are around here.
10. You can order food by this touch panel. (In case of Sushiro, all stores have button to change to English language.)
11. This button for cash or call stuff.(In some stores this button included in touch panel.)
12. This is your color. Your dish is put on this color’s small bowl.
